Energy Balancing

Energy work has been practiced in Eastern countries for thousands of years. Medicine men/ women and Shaman have worked with energy to restore health and to help the dying transition with greater ease. There is no greater healing than to face the end of your journey with only love and no fear.

I have studied many different types of energy work including Healing Touch, Reiki, Quantum Touch. Other modalities i.e. Homeopathy, Craniosacral Therapy and BodyTalk could be energy medicine because they also dramatically affect the energy system.

Healing Touch is an energy based therapy. Just as your heart, lungs, or the femur (thigh) bone is part of your physical anatomy, your chakras (shock-ruhs) and meridians are part of your spiritual anatomy or energy system. Energy enters through our electromagnetic energy field around our body, known as the aura, and is received, assimilated, and distributed through the chakras and flows through invisible lines called meridians.

When the chakras are evenly balanced and in tune with each other, our physical, mental and spiritual selves are working in harmony for optimum health and wellbeing .Energy work is not new. These healing arts have been practiced in other countries for thousands of years.

Some other types of energy work are: Quantum Touch, Therapeutic Touch, Vibrational Medicine, Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Acupressure, Acupuncture, and Healing Touch.

Each chakra is associated with a certain function, color, sound, and vibrational frequency.
